Don't promise when you're happy. Do not reply when you're angry and do not decide when you're sad.

Our emotions have a way of taking control when we are high on them. When in a happy state people are usually more eager to be giving and promising.

When angry we make impulsive decisions to fix our temperamental situation.

When sad we are just trying to find the easiest way out of the dark place that’s crowding us.

Emotions are very normal we are meant to feel this way at some point. Just do not make everlasting decisions on temporary feelings. Find out who you truly are and when you’re truly happy and what makes you mad and what gets you down and blue. When you know your triggers you’ll know how to act in situations when they occur. Learn yourself every 30 days we shed a new skin we grow into a new person so on a monthly basis evaluate the person you are becoming and let go of who you no longer are!
